  • Dehydration

    It occurs when your body is too cold. It is caused by prolonged exposure to very cold temperatures. It is when your body falls below 35°C.
  • Overexertion
    The state of being physically and mentally pushed beyond once limits this relates to your physical capability, age, strength, and tolerance.
  • Heat rash or bungang-araw
    I’ve been nine condition associated with the red restretch, accompanied by sensations of prickling and tingling during sweating. It’s usually occurs when the skin is continuously wet with evaporated sweat.
