Table Service - the style or setup of serving the prepared food is a factor influencing the food's acceptability to the customers. There are many styles of service used in different food service establishments.
Buffet Style - example of self-service style wherein customers carry the food they selected from the table of display to the dining area.
Banquet Style - a preset service and menu for a given number of people for a specific time of day
French Style - is synonymous with fine dining. It is often regarded as excellent service.
Tableware - includes all items placed at the table that assist
Flatware - it includes, spoons, forks, knives and spreaders that made of sterling silver, stainless steel, plated silver, ceramic, wood or plastic.
Dinnerware - includes dining plates and serving platters that are available in glass, ceramic, or plastic.
Beverageware - includes high quality and hence expensive lead glass, lime glass that is lighter and more brittle, plastic and paper in variety.
Linens - include tablecloths, plastic table covers, placemats, runners and napkins of all kinds
Halloware - are serving dishes for food, like pllaters, serving bowls, tureens, creamers, sugar bowls, teapots pitchers, coffeepots, and trays that are made of metal.
TableDecorations - still need to be simple yet beautiful. Table decorations are figurines, potted plants and flowers, preferably fresh and natural, vegetable are fruits sed for garnish and arrangements.
