• Case study:

  • 65-year-old female
  • 2-week history of neck and arm pain with insidious onset
  • Intermittent history of neck pain now noticed arm pain
  • Arm pain is 8/10 and neck pain 4/10
  • Reduced sensation noticed on medial side of right hand
  • Pain with using right hand, and is right hand dominant also discomfort with turning head to the right
  • Works part-time in an after-school club and pain is usually worse after a busy club
