• Two types of transport are passive and active transport.
• Diffusion is the movement of molecules across a membrane from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration.
• What will eventually happen to the concentration on both sides of the membrane?

  Both sides will reach equilibrium (both will have similar concentrations and net movement will be equal)
