  • In Hitler's book ' Mein kampf ', Hitler expressed his nationalist views that Germans required more space and that Russian land should be invaded to provide more resources to Germans
  • In Hitler's book he expressed that the Aryan race (german race) were superior and meant to rule the world. He mentioned that Jews tried to weaken this through intermarriage and taking over moderate parties such as the SDP
  • Hitler also expressed totalitarianist views in his book, stating that he wanted a dictatorship and he believed democracy was weak
  • The Nazi Party set up their headquarters in Munich. It was almost a mini state where all the parties affairs were taken care of
  • Hitler had plans to split Germany into 35 gaues (regions), where there would be a group of the Nazi Party in each Gaue
  • The SS was set up as the SA had over 400000 people and were all loyal to Rohm. Out of fear, Hitler set up the SS as his body guards.
  • Goebbels was in charge of the propaganda for the Nazi Party. He was more interested in Socialism but eventually convinced by Hitler that a more Facist approach was better, and the socialist idea of the party was cut off
