Problems that occurred and how to overcome them:

• Participants completed the questionnaire in the common room, meaning they may have copied one another’s answers, discussed their answers and been prone to social desirability, either exaggerating their aggression to seem dominant or hiding their aggression to be seen as socially appropriate; to overcome this issue, I could get participants to complete the questionnaire in controlled settings
• Some of the statements were quite generic, meaning the participant may have struggled to select an answer that applied to their response; to overcome this issue, I could come up with specific scenarios to which participants had to rate their reactions to.
