  Symmetrical, bell shaped curve. Most in middle with very littler at extreme ends

  mean, median and mode occupy same mid point
• what is a skewed distribution?

  Distributions that lean to one side because most items are either at the lower or upper end of the distribution
• what is a negative skew?

  most of the distribution is concentrated towards the right of the graph, long tail on left

  mode is highest point, then median then mean
• what is a positive skew?

  most of the distribution is concentrated towards the left of the graph, long tail on the right
