1.1 HISTORY OF THE ROSARY

• The Blessed Mother Appeared to St. Bernadette in 1858 in Lourdes. She taught the unlettered teenagers on how to pray the rosary.
• The Blessed mother also appeared to the three young children at Fatima in 1917.
• When the 3 children in Fatima asked who Mary was, she replied with "I am the Lady of the Rosary"
