The four noble truths are that life is suffering (dukkha), suffering has causes (samudaya), suffering can be overcome (nirodha) and the way to end suffering is through following the Eightfold Path (magga).
Buddhists believe in the cycle of rebirth and that this means suffering is endless until you become enlightened
