  Signs and Symptoms:

  • irritability
  • abdominal cramps and distention dt gas formation
  • diarrhea
  • vomiting
  • anorexia
  • malnutrition
• Bowel Biopsy for Celiac Disease (Confirmatory): Flat mucosal surface with Hyperplastic Villous Atrophy

  Diet: gluten-free diet for life

  Substitute: Rice; Corn
