  which particular protein is made -> different order = different protein
• why were two bases not included in a section of DNA that codes for a protein?

  there are only two bases which is not enough bases to code for an amino acid -> they are junk DNA
• how does DNA make us unique?

  it codes for many different types of proteins
• genes are arranged across chromosomes
• genes are made of DNA
• arrangement of the bases = type of amino acid coded for = type of protein made (e.g. blue/brown pigmentation in the eye)
