    Rarely succeeds - committed nuisance for 20 years and C. has been aware of it (Coventry) - doesn't run until C. is aware of nuisance (Sturges)
  • 5 ) Moving to nuisance
    Doesn't work as defence anymore - C. moved to nuisance
