State Neoconservatism

• Neoconservatives advocate for a robust approach to law and order and national defence so they are less tolerant to immigration as a means to protect a narrow definition of national identity
• Neoconservatives have anti permissive social policies e.g. anti abortion and they promote the nuclear family via tax breaks
• Neoconservatives advocated for a limited but strong state. A strong state in relation to law and order due to the frailty and insecurity of human nature
• Neoconservatives believe that hierarchy is natural and desirable
