Insecure- anxious avoidant (type A)

• Little or no reaction when caregiver leaves
• Make little effort to make contact when yeh caregiver returns and may avoid such contact
• Little stranger anxiety and plays normally when stranger is present
• Explore freely but don’t seek proximity or show secure base behaviour
