  Progressive tax, comprehensive education.

  E.g, Clement Atlee nationalising key strategic industries.
• Class

  Class more fluid, income and status between manual and non manual emphasised.

  Narrow division through intervention.

  State should provide welfare and redistribution.

  State not innately oppressive.
