HOW TO APPEAL?

• An appeal is requested by filling an appeal notice within 21 days after the date of the decision given in court
• An appeal requires permission from the court which will hear the appeal
• Permission is based on:

  • Likeliness of winning the appeal
  • Irregularities in the court of first instance
  • Wrong or unjust actions by the judge in the court of first instance
