      • First line – optimize physical health and current pharmacological management

      • First line medication – acetylcholinesterase inhibitors 
    • OTC interactions of Dementia
      • Dextromethorphan can increase the adverse effects of memantine 
      • NSAIDs can affect acetylcholinesterase inhibitors
