• For Reich, the body is highly dynamic in all psychological functioning, and it plays a critical role in storing and challenging the bioenergy which is the basis of human

  existence and experience.
• Eastern tradition gives importance to the harmony of the body as the vehicle for spiritual growth and self-realization.
• Self-esteem - is all about how much we feel we are worth and how much we feel other people value us.
