    Accepted moderate intervention to help protect injustice to poor. However still accepted Laissez-Faire capitalism.

    Minority rights need protection, a move towards representative democracy required to help support government by consent.
  • Society
    Individualistic at its core, however needs people to be tolerant of each others views and people will then work together to better society.
