  Hybrid voting system.

  Partly FPTP, partly closed member system.

  Closed list added to make it more proportional.
• How it works

  Voters have 2 votes in an election, one for their constituency representative and one for the party list.
• Constituency vote


  Works just like FPTP.
• Closed party list

  Put towards a set of seats set aside from the constituencies.

  Here all votes across a region are considered and the extra seats divided proportionately.

  If a party gets c50% of the vote, they'd get around 50% of the seats.
