  one method pressure groups use is petitions, these are collections of signatures from people who agree about a cause, these are effective as it shows mps how many people care about the cause. for example fans against criminalisation submitted a petition with 6,400 signatures to have the offensive football act repealed.
• lobbying MPs 


  one method pressure groups use is lobbying MPs this means using social media, letter writing and others, this is effectiveness it often happens in person and can be shared through the media, for example the time for inclusive education pressure group won campaign of the year for their success in lobbying MPs.
