    • common in paediatrics
    • extension + fall from height

    • Radial head
    • rarely seen in paediatrics
    • FOOSH with valgus force applied at elbow with slight flexion
  • Elbow Red Flags - fractures:
    • Elbow dislocations +/- Coronoid fracture
    • fairly common in adults
    • 90% of dislocations are posterior
