    (TRO) after accusing the Department of Health and Food and Drug Administration for violating due process and grave abuse of discretion.

    The Supreme Court issued a restraining order (RO) on public promotion, provision, and distribution of the implants Implanon and Implanon NXT (contraceptives) and on issuing certification of product regulation. Implants were claimed to be abortifacient.

    The Supreme Court rejects the government's motion to lift the temporary restraining order (TRO) and expands it to include new orders to the Department of Health and Food and Drug Administration.

    The Supreme Court rejects the government's motion for reconsideration and clarifies coverage for Temporary Restraining Order and reiterates 2016 decision.

    Temporary restraining order (TRO) is lifted after the Food and Drug Administration defined the 2 implants not abortifacient
  • Supreme Court issued a Status Quo Ante Order against RPRH Law
    ○ On March 18, 2013 which was 3 days after signing.
    ○ Reason: It’s unconstitutional and paves the way for the creation of other laws that could discredit the dignity of life (+ promiscuity and abortion).
  • April 2014
    ○ The Supreme Court declared the law as NOT unconstitutional.
    Eight items, however, were still unconstitutional and must be revised.
    Status Quo Ante Order was lifted and the grounds for full implementation of the RPRH law was set.
