• Wrist Ganglions:

  • benign fluid filled cyst
  • common in the wrist
  • dorsal
  • palmar
  • occur adjacent to joints or tendons
  • management: often do not need to do anything as usually pain free
  • if painful/restricts movement/function:
  • aspiration
  • surgical removal
