• Competition is a relationship between living organisms where they fight for limited resources
• Intraspecific competition is competition for resources between individuals of the same species
• Interspecific competition is competition for resources between individuals of different species
• A parasite is a living organism that lives and feeds off a host organism causing it harm
• A parasitic relationship is where one organism [the parasite] gains at the expense of another organism [the host]. It is a win-lose relationship.
• A mutualistic relationship is when both organisms benefit, it is a win-win relationship.
