    more contradiction, but using contrast and more confident and positive way. Simile compares speaker to child suggest innocence and hope is moving into adult enthusiastic new life ahead that sad about leaving security/protection represented by mother.

    Nostalgia. Ready for her new life, leaving the old one behind but still to support her. Repetition., Return to title, free to create own future and remain connected to the past, positive tone to the end. ( relationships, nostalgia, growing up.)
