  Social learning theory- behaviour is learnt through watching others

  Cognitive- behaviour is a result of thinking processes (how we interpret stimuli)

  Behavioural- behaviour is learnt through two process model and conditioning

  Humanistic - strive to become self-actualised (maslows hierarchy), congruence

  Biological- Behaviour is innate and as a result of hormones, chromosomes etc

  Psychodynamic- behaviour is a result of fixations within psychosexual stages
