Prokaryoticcells & Eukaryotic cells

Cards (5)

  • Prokaryotic cells are cells which don't have a membrane bound DNA. Example is bacteria.
  • Differences of prokaryotic and Eukaryotic cells:
    • Prokaryotic cells are unicellular, while Eukaryotic cells are multicelluler.
    • Prokaryotic cells are smaller than Eukaryotic cells.
    • Prokaryotic cells have one membrane, while eukaryotic cells have two membranes.
  • Eukaryotic cells are animals, plants and fungi.
  • Prokaryotic cells have plasmids and DNA loops.
  • Bacteria have flagella, which is a tail on bacteria cells.
