Adam
Said to be the father of humanity. He was the first human being formed from a handful of soil of many colours representing diversity of people on earth. The Story of Him and his wife, Eve eating from the tree is important to Muslims as it emphasises on the forgiveness of Allah.
Isa (Jesus)
Islam recognises him as a prophet, the Son of Mary and notGod,
or God himself rejecting the Trinity. He was given the Injil (Gospel) and performed miracles.
Muhammad
The seal of the prophets sent by God. He is the one that was able to spread the message of Islam to his nation successfully. He was the perfect example of a human being according to Islam.
Muslims believe that communication between God and humans is 'risalah' - bringing God's prophecy
The prophets were human beings chosen to give God's guidance to the people, it is important to understand the wisdom given is God's himself and not personal wisdom of the prophets
Allah sent many prophets throughout history to guide his people
Muhammad is the one who ends the series of prophets sent by God, and that is why he is known as the Seal of the Prophets
