EQUALITY OF MEN AND WOMEN

• • Husbands should take good care of the wife and provide security and stability
• • Both husband and wife have responsibility towards children
  • Women bring up children
• • Men and women have both been made equally in the eyes of Allah, they have different roles
• • Prejudice (negative felling about someone) - this is forbidden in Islam, Islam teaches that everyone is equal in the eyes of Allah
• • Both men and women have right to education in Islam
