      Surrounds individual muscle fibres
    • Perimyism- Surrounds bundle of muscle fibres forming a fassicle
    • Epimysium- Surrounds the entire muscle
    • Fast twitch muscles have fast contractions compared to slow twitch which has slow contractions
    • Fast twitch has lots of energy where slow twitch has less energy
    • Fast twitch muscles are usually red in colour. Slow twitch muscles are more pink/ white
    • Sprinting uses fast twitch energy while cross country uses slow twitch
    • Fast twitch muscles are found in the arms and legs. Slow twitch muscles are found in the back and neck
