    • إعراب بالحركة
      Shown by fatha, kasra, dhamma
    • What is فاعل
      The doer of the verb or the subject/ predicate, is said to be in حالة الرفع state (nominative) and usually ends in dhamm/ dhammatain
    • إعراب بالحروف 

      Shown by means of some حروف - letters
    • مفعول
      The thing the action is being done upon; it is in the منصوب/ حالة الرفع case and usually ends in fatha/ fathatain
    • جملة فعليّة
      Sentences which start with a verb
    • The adjective will be in the same case as the noun eg if the noun is majroor the adjective is also majroor
    • when is the إعراب the same for masculine and feminine?

      Dual form
    • أسم غير منصرف
      Words which do not accept tanwin from their inception. In حالة الرفع they are read with a dhamma and in حالة النصب و الجر they are read with a fatha
      However, when it has an alif laam prefixed to it or is a مضاف then a kasrah will be added in حالة الجر
    • أسم مقصور
      Words which do not have any إعراب that can be read on them, meaning they will be read the same in all three cases
    • Words which have ya sakin at the end of the word eg القاضي، الماضي are free of external إعراب but in the نصب state a fatha will be added onto them
    • المعرب
      Nouns where the أعراب can be changed
    • المبنى
      Nouns where the أعراب is fixed
