Yalta Conference (c)

• The Yalta Conference took place in Ukraine, February 1945
• Stalin, Roosevelt and Churchill agreed on some important matters
• Germany and Berlin was to be divided in 4 zones and each was to be controlled by each of the Allies
• It was also agreed that Eastern Europe was in the Soviet sphere of influence
• The only disagreement was over Poland and the West ultimately had to conceed
