'my name is Ozymandias, King of Kings
Look upon my work ye mighty and despair'
'King of Kings' - self absorbed, arrogant - he's calling himself a God as people believed God chose kings and he is the ruler of Kings so he is God
'Look on my works' - 'look' = imperative, he's forcing the powerful to look at his work, he's showing off
'Ye mighty' - addressing the most powerful in the lands
'Despair' - fear he wants to be feared by the powerful people
