  It can be a big cost a small business faces paying rent or mortgage. Different places cost different amounts.

  These need to be accessible to the business & it depends how heavy they are.

  It is important to consider how much there is & how close they are because they impact sales.

  You need employees to carry a business & they must be with the right skills
