    • Motivational Phase → Volitional Phase
    • Decide to exercise (create intention) → Behaviour enactment (turns intention into action)
    • Intention-behaviour gap 
    • Lot have intention is about creating momentum to do PA
    • People will not initiate PA if they don’t think they can - so support their self-efficacy
    • Unless they think they can they won’t
    • Help to create realistic plans that use implementation intentions & address & acknowledge the barrier a client presents with 
    • How they can do that practically
