  • Key points of milk:
    Milk is heat treated to make it safe to drink and use. Pasteurisation and UHT are two methods used to heat treat milk. Whole milk,semi-skimmed milk and skimmed milk are types of milk sold in shops. Milk is regarded as a complete food.
