    Haematological malignancy
    Characterised by accumulation of mature monoclonal B lymphocytes in blood, bone marrow & lymphoid tissue
    Abnormal B cells are often slow growing & crowd out healthy blood cells
  • CLL is most common on 60-70 yrs old.
