• how does HIV replicate?

  glycoproteins bind to the CD4 receptors on the surface of helper t cells, capsid released into the cells, RNA and reverse transcriptase released, DNA made from RNA template, DNA inserted and then replicated, used to make all the components then theyre assembled
• how is HIV transmitted?

  unprotected sex, close contact, infected blood, mother to child
