    -k is in his chemistry lesson and steals acid from the lab,hides it in the school toilets, in the hand dryer.
    -The victim is then sprayed with acid when trying to dry their hands. Gets minor issues.
  • R v Thomas
    -Defendant, a school caretaker assaulted a 12-year-old after taking told of the hem of her skirt.
  • Collins v Wilcock
    -A police woman took hold of woman’s arm to stop her walking off when she was questioning her. The woman scratched the policewoman and was charged with assaulting a police officer in the course of her duty. She was not convicted.
  • DPP v Sanatana-Bermudez (battery committed through an omission)
    -A policewoman asked Defendant whether he had anything in his pockets before searching him. Defendant said “no” but when the policewoman put her hand in his pocket when she was injured by a needle which caused bleeding. Defendants’ failure to tell her of the needle was enough.
