    Yes, Ted Bundy in particular, as his behaviour was the result of a combination of genetic, psychological and environmental factors. He is  also classified as a psychopath and studies show that he had a potential hereditary link to his violent tendencies. It's never just genetic factors that enable a human to desire to kill but also heavily the environmental factors that allow these urges of murder to be acted out.
