    Poverty is when a citizen does not have enough money to buy basic needs such as food, home, heating, health access. The rate of poverty in USA is quite different between ethnic groups.

    Black Americans poverty rate is 17% whilst White Americans is 9%
  • what does it mean rates of unemployment
    unemployment means people who are able to work but lack in finding a job, could be due to bad education or bad economy (black Americans are more likely to be unemployed than whites)
