  Lower trunk and posterior surface of thigh

  Inability to extend hip and flex knee; sciatica
• Common fibular

  Anterior and lateral aspect of leg , Superior aspect of foot

  Footdrop (inability to dorsiflex foot)
• Tibial

  Posterior aspect of leg and sole of foot

  Inability to plantar flex and invert foot; shuffling gait
• Superior and inferior gluteal

  Gluteus muscles of hip

  Inability to extend maximus or abduct medius
