• Aramid fibres are man made and used for bulletproof vests, fire fighters clothes as it is resistant to heat
• Acrylic is made from polymers and can be referred as an imitation of wool

• Timber is a renewable and a recyclable resource and is used for constructing frames in buildings
• Paper and boards are used for drawing, packagings, writing and model making. They are renewable and can be laminated with plastic To be waterproof
• Fabrics can be used to make clothes, bags and other accessories. It can be different textures, thick or thin
• Metals are mainly used for construction and electronic devices
• Polymers help us save energy and are used for plastic bags, ropes, coating for frying pans and water pipes
