• mothers that are usually Emotionally expressive, flexible, psychologically accessible, accepting, and co-operative ➡️ more secure attachment
• mothers that are Slow to respond, uncomfortable with contact, display anger and irritation, rigid, interfering leads to insecure attachment avoidant infants
• mothers that are relatively insensitive, less rejecting, displayed little spontaneous affection lead to resistant attachment infants
• Temperament refers to a set of innate or inborn traits that organise a child’sapproach to the world
