    1. People in Scotland have the right to vote and the responsibility is to use their vote. This means people can vote for the party the want to run the country but they have to vote. For example, most people voted for the SNP in 2021.

This means that people are able to sign up and join their favourite party but they should pay membership fees and help in campaigns.     1. One role of individuals during campaigns is to get informed. It is important they pay attention to the campaigns so they can understand the issues and make up their minds who to vote for. For example, individuals can watch debates on tv.
