What are Questionnaires? 
A set of printed or written questions with a choice of answers, devised for the purpose of a survey or statistical study.
Open questions (qualitative data): detailed answer
Closed questions (quantitative data): fixed range of answers

Scale which has words to represent the numbers.

Interview: Participants give researchers their own information (thoughts, feelings and emotions).
