• the phonological loop deals with verbal and auditory information rembering phone numbers and engaging in conversation
• the visuospatial sketchpad is repsobsile for for processing and storing information like remebring a route and visualing an object
• the episodic buffer intergrates information from teh subsyetems into one coherent episode pushing into the long term memory
