in some species, the nuclear envelope reforms around the haploid group of chromosomes and the chromosomes decondense and are no longer visible

the chromosomes stay in their condense form
what would happen if a nuclear envelope has reformed at telophase 1 for most species?
it would disintegrate again
why does the nuclear envelope reform in female mammals?
as in female mammals, theres a long time between meiosis 1 and meiosis 2
why doesn't the nuclear envelope reform in male mammals and many other organisms?
as meiosis 1 is followed by meiosis 2 so rapidly that the nuclear envelope doesn't reform - theres no telophase 1 or interphase
