• DDx of hip pain:

  • Greater trochanteric pain syndrome/tronchanteric bursitis
  • Sacroiliitis
  • Sciatica
  • PMR (shoulders, neck and hip)
  • Avascular necrosis of the hip
  • Paget's disease (pelvis and skull most commonly affected bones)
